We built the practice we wished existed.

Valiance is a team of therapists and coaches. We work with young adults finding their footing, professionals under real pressure, and athletes who have to perform when it counts.

What we share is unusual for this field: a clinical background and a performance background. We've been coached, we've competed, we've run teams and built things. That changes how we work with you — less waiting for insight to arrive, more moving you toward what's next.

The gap we set out to fill

The mental health field got good at access: apps, directories, a name on demand. But access isn't the same as care. Many people end up shopping name to name, getting a little worse each time they re-explain themselves to someone who turns out to be the wrong fit.

We built Valiance to be the opposite: care that feels personal and considered from the first conversation. The last place you'd need to look.

What we believe

A few things shape every part of how we work with you.

Hospitality is part of the care

You're matched with intention, welcomed warmly, and never left wondering what's next. We treat this as part of the work, not an afterthought.

Pedigree and performance

We're not only trained therapists. We've competed, coached, and worked under pressure ourselves, so performance is something we understand firsthand.

Built to move you forward

Understanding what's going on matters, but the point is to move. Our work leans toward action — practical tools and steady, visible progress.

Reaching out is often the hardest part.

You don't have to have it figured out first. The next step is a short, free conversation — we'll talk through what's going on and figure out if Valiance is the right fit.
