Fee Structure
Getting support is not always easy that’s why we want to make sure you know what you’re getting before you start. All services are billed by the hour.
Valiance uses HIPAA compliant billing services to process payments.
- Onboarding Clinical Intake Assessment: $395 for 90mins (one time cost)
- Mental Performance Intake Assessment with Matt Rieger: $300 for 60mins (one time cost)
- Individual Sessions with a Senior Clinician: $250/hr
- Individual Sessions with a Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Clinician: $225/hr
- Individual Sessions with a Graduate Level Clinician or CMPC: $200/hr
- Individual Sessions with Valiance’s Founder, Justin: $275/hr
Insurance
Valiance Counseling & Coaching does not accept insurance at this time.
We will supply clients with a coded superbill monthly that clients can submit to their insurance carrier for third party reimbursement.
Reimbursement rates may vary, but in most cases clients can recoup some of their costs. To determine if you have out- of-network benefits for mental health services, please contact your insurance carrier.
